Restrictions may vary based on packaging requirements, quantity limits, and special handling fees. Always contact us before shipping specialized items like medications, hair products, or food items. Some items require certification (e.g., fumigation for hair to Italy). Any shipment that requires a phytosanitary certificate (e.g. snails, herbal medicine) attracts a ₦3,000 certificate fee per shipment — this applies to all destinations, including the UK, US and Canada.
