What is regular air cargo, and which option should I choose?
Regular air cargo is our economy option for heavier parcels: M&P Saver to the US and Canada (10 kg minimum) and M&P Steady to the UK and Ireland.
M&P Swift Priority (DHL) is the fastest option at 1 to 5 business days, and it goes worldwide. M&P Sure Express (FedEx) takes 5 to 7 business days and also goes worldwide.

How long does delivery take?
M&P Swift Priority (DHL): 1 to 5 business days. M&P Sure Express (FedEx): 5 to 7 business days. M&P Steady (UK and Ireland): 5 to 7 business days. M&P Saver to the US and Canada: 10 to 15 business days.
USA Air Cargo takes 2 to 3 weeks. UK sea cargo takes 6 to 8 weeks.
Is there a minimum weight?
We ship any weight. Minimums apply only to some economy services: M&P Saver to the US and to Canada is 10 kg, USA Air Cargo is 5 kg, and UK sea cargo is 50 kg. M&P Steady to the UK has no minimum.
Do the prices include VAT and customs?
M&P Sure Express and M&P Steady prices include 7.5% VAT. M&P Swift Priority (DHL) and M&P Saver carry no VAT. M&P Steady includes customs clearance, and the M&P Saver price to the US and Canada is all-inclusive, with VAT and customs clearance included.
M&P Swift Priority and M&P Sure Express can be subject to customs or import fees in the destination country.
What can I ship from Nigeria, and what is not allowed?
People most often send dried foodstuff and spices, fashion and attire (including shoes, bags and wigs), beauty products and hair extensions, documents and books, and household crafts.
Items that are prohibited worldwide include fresh fruits and vegetables, guns and ammunition, precious stones and metals, dairy products, fake designer items, bleaching creams and oils, alcoholic beverages, indecent or obscene materials, pressurized cans, lithium batteries, charcoal and cigarettes. Rules also differ by destination and service, so check the full list before you pack.

Yes. We consolidate your packages into one shipment, so you pay once and receive everything together. If you are not shipping up to the minimum weight, share your consolidation code with family and friends and ship together to save on costs.
